About the role

We are hiring a Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team in Bengaluru. You will
work closely with product management and marketing to turn raw data into insights that
drive decisions across the business.

What you'll do
- Perform data analysis on large datasets using SQL and Python (pandas)
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Tableau for weekly reporting
- Design and run A/B testing for new features with the product team
- Automate recurring reports in Excel and Google Sheets
- Partner with stakeholders across sales and marketing; strong stakeholder management is key
- Document data definitions and maintain ETL pipelines with the data engineering team

What we're looking for
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced SQL and working knowledge of Python
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization
- Comfort with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and Google Analytics
- Exposure to AWS and basic ETL concepts is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Experience working in an agile environment with Jira
